A couple of gorjuss cards ;)

Et par kort med et av de herlige stemplene fra Gorjuss, som man kan få tak i på FunkyKits, UK.
Det første kortet har jeg laget etter skissen til Sugar Bowl challengen #13 Sketch by Lilian.Two more cards made with one of the Gorjuss girls from FunkyKits!
The top card is made after the The Sugar Bowl – Challenge 13 – Sketch by Lilian.

Stamps/Image: SugarNellie - Gorjuss - Purrfect Friend. Texts from Stampendous - Love my Cat, & Cats pajamas - Loving Mew. The bottom card txt reads something like: 'Good friends prolongs the smile'.. from Kreativ Hobby. Magnolia - BakgrundsSwirl Bröllup.
Paper: Bazzill & Kraft cardstock. Basic Grey Skate Shoppe - pop-shuv-it, and a Noteworthy diecut journaling paper from M.M.Embellishments: On the bottom card I made a striped paper with lots of sticky glue & bazzill scraps, leftovers from cutting & scoring the card itself. Then using the Cuttlebug & one of the dies from Spellbinder Nestabilities Labels One I cut the frame. Flower is from Prima, brad unknown. I paint my stamp-motifs with a mix of aquarelle paints, distress inks & H2O.

Tenkte jeg skulle prøve noe nytt! Disse dørskiltene er veldig enkle å lage. Først lagde jeg en mal av papp, 8x20 cm. Jeg bruker en passer til hullene, og skjærer ut med skalpell. Tekstene har jeg skrevet ut fra Word. Det fins SÅ mange flotte fonter rundt om på nett, jeg godt over 1000 fonter på pc'n, det er bare å velge å vrake :) Dafont er et godt sted å begynne å samle fonter, eneste problemet er at man lett kan bli avhengig ;)

I'm trying out something new, for me that is - I've seen lots of sweet doorsigns others made, so now I'm having a go! The texts reads: 'Welcome' on the front, and 'Stop! Don't disturb' on the backs. I'm quite addicted to fonts - and Dafont is a good place to find them! I got more than a 1000 on my computer - something for any theme :)

Gorjuss Sugar Purrfect Friend :)

Regn regn og atter regn.... Vi har hatt en herlig sommer så langt - men nå er det som om vi får alt regnværet på en gang! Og så kaldt *brrr* skulle tro det var høst og ikke midt på sommeren :( Håper det blir godt vær igjen snart, har planer om å ta en biltur sammen med foreldrene mine nordover, kansje så langt som til Kirkenes! Besøke familie her og der, det blir kos :)
Ser det er veldig lenge siden sist jeg blogget - har masse kort liggende å vise frem, bare ikke hatt tid med internett i sommer.. Håper alle som titter innom har en fin ferie! :)

Cupid Bug pop-out card

Har ikke laget mange slike 'pop-up & -out' kort før, men dette var veldig enkelt å lage. Bare rullet selve kortet gjennom cuttlebuggen med en nestabilities-dies, og pyntet litt - det som heter clean & simple kansje? :) Utfordringen på One Stop Craft Challenge #28 denne gangen er nettopp å kutte ut noe - rammer, pop-up effekt, osv. på kortet.
I love the cute bugs from Alota Rubberstamps! Have to get me some more soon :) The challenge at One Stop Craft Challenge #28 is to Cut It Out! So this card became a pop-out card.

Paper: My Mind's Eye - Kaleidoscope 'Friends Dots/Blue Paper'
Embellishments: I've used the Cuttlebug and cut out the frame in the card with one of the dies from Spellbinder nestabilities Petite Scalloped Circle Large. The stampmotif is placed on the inside of the card, and has adhesive 3D-foam under to 'pop' it out of the card. Bazzill(?) brad, and the flower is from Prima.

Don't Quote me, but... Tag & Card

Tags lager jeg sjeldent, men dette stemplet fra PaperArtsy inspirerte meg! Og jeg trengte en fin liten hilsen til min bror og hans familie når de flyttet inn i sitt nye hus :) PaperArtsy lager utrolig flotte stempler, du kan betale med visa via paypal, og de sender internasjonalt - gode priser også! Fikk meg masse fine stempler derfra for en stund siden :) Jeg lagde disse med tanke på denne utfordringen hos Caardvarks challenge ~ Don't Quote me, but.. Benytt et vers eller sitat på et kort. Caardvarks challenge ~ Don't Quote me, but.. this time is to create a card incorporating a verse or quote, so i've used this fab stamp from Paper Artsy to make my tag and card :)

Stamps: House-stamp from PaperArtsy - Love & Kisses 1. Text stamp - Gratulerer (=Congratulations) I don't know where from. Handwritten is the words 'med nytt hjem!' = with a new home.
Papers: Basic Grey piece of scrap paper - think it's from the Stella Ruby line. And Sassafraslass - Fawnd of you, & Bazzill cardstock.
Embellishments: Prima flower, MM brad, Blondes from my mum :) I made the tag by drawing the outlines to the tag from a BG tag! And i've spritzed it with Tsukineko Walnut antiquing ink & H2O copper Shimmering mist. To color in the house on the card, I've used LePlume markers.

Toad-ally kissable!

Et par veldig enkle kort denne gang - vel,vel enkel og enkel.. for A spoon full of sugar utfordringen #50 ~ Touchy feely Texture, brukte jeg utrolig lang tid på å 'sy' gjennom bazzill hullene. Veldig greit med ferdige hull da! :) Til Creative Card Crew's # 9 - 'Everyone Emboss' brukte jeg lengre tid på å finne varmepistolen enn på selve kortet!!! *lol*
Papilio-Boy card: A spoon full of sugar utfordringen #50 ~ Touchy feely Texture. Great papers from Bazzill In Stitch'z - but it's a boring job to tread the yarn through all those holes *lol*
Toad-ally kissable card: Creative Card Crew's Challenge 9 - Everyone Emboss, was a challenge for me - since I had to look long and hard for my heatgun!!! It had gotten lost in the wilderness of scrappy things ;)

Stamps/Image: Papilio - Ole's lille lam (Oles little lamb) and I've used 2 stamps from Stempelhobby/Kin Flicks (no longer in business) plate 'Venn 1' by Ksenia - and it reads: 'To a good friend'. Whipper Snapper - Frog in love. The text is from High Hopes - toad-ally kissable. And the ribbon stamp is from Lazar StudioWERX Inc (no longer in business) - Vintage Stitchery.
Papers: Bazzill In Stitch'z Scallops (think it's stonewash), The red dotted one is from Panduro. The green papers on both cards was a pieces of scrap paper. Embellishments: I've used my CB with the spellbinder nestabilities dies Petite Scalloped Circle Large, & Nestabilities Labels One. EK success Cutterbee - stichery wheel (?) Transparent embossing powder on top of red ink - and the shaker-bubble is from Pebbles Inc: I kan' déé -Flowers.

Håper alle som titter innom har hatt ei fin påske med familiekos og god mat :) Ikke vært så mye tid til å scrappe og lage kort, men nå er produksjonen i full gang igjen. Bordet på scrappekjøkkenet mitt er overfylt av prosjekter! *lol* Her er ett kort som passet inn i A spoon full of sugars utfordring #47. To die for: Bruke puncher og/eller diecuts. Elsker mine retroflowers - og man kan bruke arkene som er igjen etter å trykket ut blomster også. Jeg liker å pynte innsiden av kortene også :)


Hope you all had a great easter! Been a while since I last blogged but here is one for the A spoon full of Sugar challenge #47. To die for - where we should use diecuts &/or punches. And i've punched some Retro flowers on a cardstock to make my card :) I like to decorate the whole card, makes it more of a special treat! :)

Stamps: the cute couple is a hÄnglar & stÄnglar stamp from the clubkit 'Till en vän'. And I've drawn in a nose and a mouth, to make them more alive! :) Magnolia - BakgrundsSwirl Bröllup. And inside from Eureka - Heart tree.
Papers: Bazzill cardstock only this time, with regular white copy paper for the inside.
Embellishments: I've punched the EK success Retro Flower punches (whale of a punch, medium, and small) on a cardstock, and glued a coordinating cardstock on the back. The centers and cheeks are made with glossy accents. 'Love' is handwritten. Distress ink watercoloring.

Happy Birthday for when it comes. Créme Chérie keepsake box!

Kjempebillige små pynteesker! Jeg kjøper sikkert en slik ost hver uke, og har begyndt å ta vare på alle tomeskene etter at jeg fant ut at de ville være utrolig lette å pynte.. men hadde d vært muggelost ville jeg ikke brukt de!  
 Papir er lett og feste på dem siden de er lagd av papp, og det er en flott måte å bli kvitt mindre papirark som bruker å ligge igjen etter jeg har scrappet. Har laget en oppskrift på hvordan jeg lagde dem på engelsk, selv om akkurat denne osten er fra Tine har dem sikkert lignende oster i utlandet.
Bildene forklarer seg vel selv uansett Kansje en inspirasjon for å begynne å scrappe litt av tom-emballasjen istedenfor å kaste den i søpla?

I have made an image tutorial on how I made theese cute little boxes, re-using box containers of my fave cheese :)

Embellishments: Tsukineko Walnut antiquing inks - Willow, Walnut and Cherry Blossom. H2O Shimmering mist - copper. And misc. ribbons and eyelets..

A low-carb treat - and a pink card!

Dette er fra nå av min favoritt dessert! Og omtrent ingen karbo i den - så for de som går på lav-karbo diett, (jeg har gått ned over 20 kg siden februar i fjor!) så er dette ett knalltips! (Men ikke overspise av dette da!)
* Visp fløte sammen med splenda (eller annen sukkererstatning)
* tilsett cottage cheese og rør lett rundt
* Mos frosne jorbær sammen med litt kokende vann
= NAM! Veldig likt riskrem!This is just SWEET! A very fast to do dessert - and it is SO yummy!
* Whip some cream with splenda (or other sugar-substitute)
* add Cottage cheese and stir abit
* Blend some frozen strawberries together with a little hot (boiling) water
And you'll be amazed! Very low on carbs for us who's loosing weight on the low-carb diet or Atkins!!! (I'm down 20+kg. since feb. of last year!)

This card I've done using the challenge at 2S4Y Kazan's Sketch #22 Catagorie 1: Individual Card. It's perhaps inspired by my dessert? *lol* The card got a little wrong in the scan I think, 'cause the pink on the edges are more pink in RL - maybe it's the 3D effects that's doing it :( Anyways - pink is not my favorite color - but I need to use up some of my paper-scraps - been piling up on me! *lol* Prize for Card of the Week in this category is from Sakura - and I just love sakura pens - especially their white gel pen, super for highlighting an eye!

Penny Black card & a Cuttlebug win!

Så moro å være en av de ti som vant den siste utfordringen på Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot! Med kortet jeg lagde til moren min - innlegg 16 mars :) Gleder meg til jeg mottar de digitale stemplene fra Sweet n Sassy stamps! Kjempesøte bilder de har!
Kortet i denne posten har faktisk et stempeltrykk som mamma har malt for meg, da vi var i syden i september/oktober. Jeg hadde med en hel masse stempeltrykk, akvarellmaling og distress ink putene mine :) Både jeg og mamma er ikke så kjempeglad i sola... Ja merkelig og dra til syden da ikke sant? Men vi hadde det kjempekos for det - når det var for varmt og sola stakk, så satt vi og koste oss inne og malte! *lol*

En kombinert utfordring denne gang, ABC challenge sin theme er F for Flowers, og Our creative corner er å kun bruke max 3 lag papir, og 1 pynt på kortet!

I'm thrilled to be one of the 10 winners of the Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot #22., because of my card to my mum! (blogged 16th of march) There were so many great cards, both from the DT's and the entries! I'll get some sweet digital images from Sweet n Sassy stamps, and I'm looking forward to trying them out :)

This card is actually made with a stampmotif that my mum have painted! She also love painting, so I had with me lots of supplies when we were on vacation on Gran Canaria in september/october last year - my distress inks, watercolors and stamp-motifs - made the days when the sun was schorcing hot berable! *lol* Not so much fans of sunbathing me and my mum :)

The challenge this time at ABC challenge is F for Flowers: flowers somewhere on your card or project., and on Our creative corner it's a limited supply challenge - max. 3 different layers paper (including your stamped image), 1 type of embellishment, and any stamps and sentiments are optional. I usually don't combine challenges, but there are no prizes on either, so it's only for fun! :)

Stamps/Image: Penny Black - Hedgehog visit. And the text-stamp is from Scrapmagasinet - plate 42B. Swirly stamp is 'Bakgrundswirl bröllup' from Magnolia.

Paper: Bazzill cardstock as backing, a Noteworthy diecut journaling paper from M.M., and aquarelle/watercolor paper.

Also Cuttlebug emb. Tiny bubbles, and the stamp is from Penny black - Critter Party clearstamp set.

Daily Art Stop: I brake for stamps - Dancing Dragon (on glossy paper w. lePlume coloring! unusual for me - as watercolors/aquarelle n H2O's are my passion :) Paper used Basic Grey - Archaic - Dino. There's a great norwegian magazine called Ett Trykk, mainly for stampers, and on their blog they have this (norwegian) monthly challenge called 'Trykkpressa'. March month's theme is 'Butterflies'.

A card for my mom :)

Morsdagen har kommet og gått, men det er likevel kos å få et kort! :) Cuttlebuggen har vært i flittig bruk i det siste - fått noen nye spellbinders dieser, bare SÅ anvendelige på kort!!! Utfordringen på Cuttlebug-bloggen #22. er å bruke glitter, et stempeltrykk og selvsagt cuttlebuggen da! Glitter er ikke det jeg vanligvis bruker - langt ned på lista faktisk - men jeg kan jo prøve med littegranne..
The challenge at the Cuttlebug-blog - Be Inspired #22 'Glitter with a stamping image ' ends today - the 16th, so hopefully I get it in before the deadline - can't see any time on there.. This is a card for my mother - she's the best, and even though mothersday (in Norway) was in february, a card to brighten her day is always welcome :) I rarely use glitter - not my favourite item, so just a little bit on here ;)

Cute as a Bug!

Hänglene mine er bare såååå søte! Men som jeg har sagt før, ansiktene deres blir alltfor kjedelige.. Mye koseligere med et stort smil ;) Denne uken har Caardvarks en challenge der temaet er 'Critters'! Så vidt jeg vet betyr det ordet alltmulig slags krypdyr og flyvende insekter - så jeg fikk brukt et av mine favorittstempler igjen! :)
This Hängla is one of my fave stamps - and with the bee from Magnolia this card is perfect for the 'Critters'-theme at Caardvarks :)

Girl Power!

Tre kort med flotte jenter på idag :) Ukens utfordring #52 på My time to craft er å lage et kort med temaet 'kvinner'. Og disse passer jo fint!
The last challenge at My time to craft #52 is themed 'Women', and I've made three cards that fit that description :) How cute is that Baby cakes?! *lol*

Text-stamp is from Stempelhobby/Kin Flicks (no longer in business) 'Venn 1' by Ksenia - and it reads: 'Nothing warms more than some encouragement from a friend'.

On the black card is an unknown (to me) ladystamp.

Paper: Bazzill cardstock, Sandylion 'the wind'. Misc paperscaps, and from Prima 'Journaling Paper Squares' by Iron Orchid Designs.

Embellishments: Prima flowers, MM brads, QK diecuts, and bird-sticker from Marah Johnson. (I've used glossy accents on it and written with a zig-pen).
