WCD ~ Christmas cards 🎄

Lørdag var det 'World Cardmaking Day' og jeg lagde to kort til TPC Magazine sitt facebook event scrappetreff. Artikkel med Galleri og Top3 blir lagt ut den 10 oktober, med enda en vinner ~ og jeg kommer til å oppdatere med link her. De første vinnerne var lagt ut i egen bloggpost her på søndag kveld :)

Kjempemoro å delta og se alt det flotte som ble lagd iløpet av dagen ♥ Mye å se på rundt om på nett denne helga også, men jeg var spesielt fascinert av Tim Holtz sin live på youtube med de nye hus-diesene! Oj, det blir hardt for lommeboka, men det blir nok julegave til meg selv ;)

Det var tre utfordringer, og jeg valgte en av dem ~ Teknikk: Fargelagt motiv på kort ~ og distress ink med akvarell maling som er min favorittmåte å fargelegge stempeltrykk på. Ble to julekort for det trenger man alltid flere av! Og motiv denne gangen er med søte Penny Black og hÄnglar motiv ♥ ♥ ♥

Saturday was the 'World Cardmaking Day' and I participated in a Cyber Crop that the scandinavian TPC Magazine held in an event on Facebook. There were so many awesome creations and I had fun making theese two cards for one of the three challenges ~ Technique: Make a card with a handcolored motif.
Winners was chosen >on this blogpost here< sunday night, and on october 10th there will be another winner with a gallery and top3 chosen creations at TPC wich I will update here with a link.

There were lots of fun lives throughout saturday and the rest of the weekend dedicated to WCD, however the one video I was most facinated by was the Tim Holtz live on youtube. Those little house dies are amazing! Definitly going to have to give them to myself for christmas! :D

I ended up making two christmascards, because you always need more of those! The watercolored motifs are of the supercute Penny Black and the sweet girl is an old hÄnglar & stÄnglar stamp ~ now renamed as hÄnglar & Wings ♥

Dette stempeltrykket er et eksempel på at man kan fikse på feil man gjør! Det var kommet en grønn malings flekk i hennes gyldne blonde hår - og dermed var jeg på tur til å kaste det - men isteden fikk hun ravnsvart hår :) For å se hvordan det egentlig skulle sett ut, ett tidligere kort med dette trykket..

This stampmotif was actually on it's way to the bin when I ruined it with a big green spot on her golden brown hair!!! Instead I made her hair big, fluffy, and BLACK - covers everything! ;) Here's an earlier card 2 show how it should've looked like!

Clean & Simple Easter Card

StampARTic's utfordring er Påske kort med GULT + 1 annen farge som skal dominere. Grønt og gult er vel passe 'påskete'? Har ikke peiling på hvor mesteparten av stæsjet mitt er nedpakket - så jeg får kjøre en litt enkel stil en stund! :)
The April challenge at StampARTic is to make a Easter card where the main color are YELLOW + one color of your choice. Green & yellow looks pretty 'eastery' to me!

Rainy Summer Days...

Vi har hatt en veldig regnfull sommer - og når jeg får et slikt tema på en utfordringsblogg, Bunny-Zoe's #2. 'Sommer Dager' - så følte jeg for å hente frem ett trykk av en hänglar-gutt i regntøy! Min mor har faktisk malt denne for meg, og vi synes han ligner sååå mye på yngste broren min Kevin, da han var liten! :)
For the second challenge at Bunny-Zoe Crafts, it's "Summer Days". Well - summer here where I live has been rain almost every other day.. Not much beaches and sand I tell you! *lol* But it's been warm enough - so my little hänglar-guy is very happy to play in the puddles with the toadies! ;)

This weeks Totally Gorjuss Challenge is #23 - Hearts! This cutie from High Hopes has absolutely stolen my heart :)

That's Just So cute utfordring #7 er å bruke "Metallpynt" på prosjektet - se kortet med hÄngla-jenta. Har brukt clearstamps munn og nese for å gi dem et ansikt, vanligvis tegner jeg på, men ikke alltid like lett å være stø på hånda! Og for kortet med gutten - pene sommerfugler er utfordringen hos Charisma Cardz #10 :)

Magnolia & RetroFlower card

Håper alle som titter innom har hatt ei fin påske med familiekos og god mat :) Ikke vært så mye tid til å scrappe og lage kort, men nå er produksjonen i full gang igjen. Bordet på scrappekjøkkenet mitt er overfylt av prosjekter! *lol* Her er ett kort som passet inn i A spoon full of sugars utfordring #47. To die for: Bruke puncher og/eller diecuts. Elsker mine retroflowers - og man kan bruke arkene som er igjen etter å trykket ut blomster også. Jeg liker å pynte innsiden av kortene også :)


Hope you all had a great easter! Been a while since I last blogged but here is one for the A spoon full of Sugar challenge #47. To die for - where we should use diecuts &/or punches. And i've punched some Retro flowers on a cardstock to make my card :) I like to decorate the whole card, makes it more of a special treat! :)

Stamps: the cute couple is a hÄnglar & stÄnglar stamp from the clubkit 'Till en vän'. And I've drawn in a nose and a mouth, to make them more alive! :) Magnolia - BakgrundsSwirl Bröllup. And inside from Eureka - Heart tree.
Papers: Bazzill cardstock only this time, with regular white copy paper for the inside.
Embellishments: I've punched the EK success Retro Flower punches (whale of a punch, medium, and small) on a cardstock, and glued a coordinating cardstock on the back. The centers and cheeks are made with glossy accents. 'Love' is handwritten. Distress ink watercoloring.

One creative week! :)

En fargeutfordring!!! Etter det jeg ser på bildet, så syns jeg det ligner på mocca-brun, gammel-rosa, lime-grønn og turkis :) Litt av en kombinasjon - det var litt av en utfordring a finne rette fargene!

Truly Scrumptious: I made the buttons with the inside hole of a flower qk die, used my silentsetter to make holes, and after inking them I used glossy accents. And the ribbon is from Basic Grey - Sophie fibers. The stitch stamp is from adornit, text is a stamp from Rhonna farrer. Papers are from Your crafts beautiful - got them free in a crafts magazine. Also Cuttlebug emb. Tiny bubbles, and the stamp is from Penny black - Critter Party clearstamp set.

Daily Art Stop: I brake for stamps - Dancing Dragon (on glossy paper w. lePlume coloring! unusual for me - as watercolors/aquarelle n H2O's are my passion :) Paper used Basic Grey - Archaic - Dino. Stampendous stickers. And the textstamp reads 'Happy Birthday', from Kort & Godt? I've also used Spellbinders Nestabilities - Small Labels here. the charm I have no idea where from...

Charisma: Penny Black stamp - Party Animals, Swirly stamp is 'Bakgrundswirl bröllup' from Magnolia. Noteworthy diecut journaling paper from M.M. American Crafts ribbon. The round chipboard I have gotten from a swap, so I don't know where it's from.


Cute Card: The heart is from Prima The Goods - heart stamp one. 'Love' is a stamp from Autumn Leaves - Rhonna Farrer. The cute bugs are from Alota Rubberstamps - I do bugs. I've used some mesh, glossy accents (it's not glitter - only shiny!) Swirly stamp is 'Bakgrundswirl bröllup' from Magnolia. Ivy sticky ribbon from Panduro, and the papers are from MME - wild asparagus 'paisley dad'. Adornit - scary vines. Papirdesign.no - Små og store gleder.

Sukkersött: Hänglar & Stänglar stamp - drake (dragon), textstamp from Kreativ Hobby (reads: Wish you a magical day). QK - jacks and photocorner. Papers are DreamstreetPapers - tea for two green tea, and Noteworthy diecut journaling paper from M.M. What else? Yes, Doodlebug - dotlets, and Sparkling Chipboard alphabets from CraftLover ' Turqoise' - the '1' is actually an 'i' that I've cut off ;)

Cute as a Bug!

Hänglene mine er bare såååå søte! Men som jeg har sagt før, ansiktene deres blir alltfor kjedelige.. Mye koseligere med et stort smil ;) Denne uken har Caardvarks en challenge der temaet er 'Critters'! Så vidt jeg vet betyr det ordet alltmulig slags krypdyr og flyvende insekter - så jeg fikk brukt et av mine favorittstempler igjen! :)
This Hängla is one of my fave stamps - and with the bee from Magnolia this card is perfect for the 'Critters'-theme at Caardvarks :)

Har funnet en ny challenge blog! Og så moro - en for House-mouse stempler :) Den heter House mouse & Friends - Monday challenge. The text reads: Love you! Good friends extends a smile.. Not very well translated though *lol*

Den siste challengen hos A Spoon Full of Sugar er å 'resirkulere' papirer og såkalte 'scraps' du har igjen fra kortlagingen - og det har jeg - MASSE! :) Er av den typen som aldri kaster noe *lol* Tar vare på hver minste lille bit... Så dette er bare rester - bortsett fra kartongen selve kortet er lagd av :) Stemplet er et hänglar & stänglar fra klubbkitet: 'till en vän'. Teksten fra Kreativ Hobby.
