Stamps/Images: Toves Design 'Kanin engel' (rabbit angel) rubberstamp. Kort & Godt 'M-193' clearstamp text. On the back i have re-used an old postcard where the artwork is by Björg Thorhallsdottir 'Kjærligheten er fri' (love is free).
Papers: I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed) for my motifs. Bazzill cardstock. Plain white cardstock. Panduro Hobby 'Circus Designerpapers' and 'Fabulous Fairytale foldingpaper' both 30x30 cm paperpads. The teal blue embossed flower paper is handmade paper from India! So pretty.

Embellishments: Kaisercraft 'mixed flowers mint' rhinestones.
Tools: I always use my Scor-Pal to score & fold my cards. My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. EK Success® Whale Of A Punch 'Large Circle 1.75'. Martha Stewart 'Flourish Edge' Punch.
Stencils/Embossingfolders: Hunkydory 'Butterfly dance' stencil.
Dies: Hero Arts 'DF044 Museum Frame' Fancy Die (addon to the MMH0322 kit).
Essentials/Adhesives: Bonefolder. High-Tack adhesive tape Sookwang Scor-Pal tape &/or Red tape. Rangers ink Distress Collage medium (glue). Wink of Stella glitter clear brush.
Techniques/Mediums: I used misc. Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads to watercolor and distress image and papers.

Jeg bruker sjeldent å lage kort-serier eller helt like kort, men man sparer mye tid på å male flere like motiv samtidig, og finne frem stempler, ark og stæsj som går i samme stil... Skal prøve på å gjøre det oftere, også fordi det er moro å se hvor ulike kortene alikevel kan bli! 
Husker dere disse fargerike Basic Grey arkene? Hadde et gledelig gjensyn da jeg fant dem godt bortgjemt.. trodde de var brukt opp for flere år siden! :)

I seldom create card-series or duplicate cards, but you can really save alot of time by coloring several of the same stamp-motif at once, and finding similar style embellies, papers, dies and stamps. It's fun to see how different the cards ended up beeing! :)
Do u guys remember theese Basic Grey papers? It was a happy surprise to find them in my paperstash, as I thought them used up years ago! The cool dude stamp is also an oldie, it's one of the first I bought when I started going from just wooden-mounted to ez-mounted rubbers ca.2007! 

I often do a tag to follow the card if it's meant for a celebration/birthday, and with theese cards I also decorated the envelopes!

Birthday card 4 Stein :)

Gratulerer med dagen Stein! Lagde dette til min mellomste bror (har tre), som hadde bursdag i dag. Jeg brukte fargene i August utfordringen hos Ett Trykk bloggen: Beige, Lys blå-grå, Mørk blå-grå, Brun.
It was my younger brother Stein's birthday today - the middle one. And I hope he liked his card :) The norwegian stamping-magazine Ett Trykk has a challenge for August on their blog, wich is to be inspired by the colorpallette: beige, brown and two blue-grey shades.

Happy New Year 2010!!!

Et riktig godt nytt år alle sammen!!! En hektisk mnd. er over for de aller fleste - er glad jeg slipper unna meste julekaoset siden jeg ikke har barn. Jeg har bare en pusekatt som er så livredd nyttårsraketter at jeg måtte sitte i et par timer med ham på fanget - inntullet i et pledd! 'Beibien' min.. *lol* :)
Det har vært litt tungt de siste mnd. etter at pappa døde, han fyllte opp så mye tid, at det virker nesten tomt i huset nå, med bare meg og moren min. Så vi har planer om å flytte - kansje iløpet av det nye året :) Isåfall skal jeg innrede verdens beste scrappe-rom!!! Har sett utrolig mye flotte løsninger både på scrapping.no og på twoPeas gallery > Scrap rooms > slik som DETTE helt fantastiske rommet! *sukk* Skal definitivt ha meg en slik vegg å henge ting på :)

I slutten av januar skal jeg og moren min til Thailand sammen med storebror og niesen min - Det blir helt herlig!!! Har ikke kunnet slappe av eller gjøre som vi vil på tur - siden hmmm... aldri? Først hadde vi Siljesnuppa vår boende, så kom bestefar og når han gikk bort, så var altzheimer'n til pappa allerede blitt for ille til å ha mer glede enn stress ut av feriene. Skal sørge for å ta med stempeltrykk og alt av male-remedier, så kommer det masser nye kort fra meg på nyåret!!
I denne posten er det derimot mange 'gamle' kort - som bare har blitt liggende på pc'n og ventet på å bli blogget om. Bare klikk på bildene for å få opp en større utgave ;)




Happy New Year everyone!!! Hoping you've had a wonderful Christmas :) December was pretty hectic for most I'm sure, but I don't have any kids so I didn't stress much. However on newyears eve I sat with my cat Tamlin bundled up in a blanket oon my lap - for almost two hours!! He's afraid that the rockets will get him I think *lol* All panic, but safe inside the blanket :)

The last months has been heavy emotionally since my dad died, but me and my mum are coping good now, and soon we're off to Thailand for a much needed vacation! My eldest brother Pit, and my little niece Ariel are going with us. I'm taking with me lots of stampmotifs and my aquarelle paints, so I will have lots to create when I get home! January 24th is the date & three weeks in paradise :)

Our house is now too big for just me and my mum, so sometime this year we'll move into a new home, close to my uncle and his family. And he live in the house he and my mum grew up in, so she'll feel right at home!!! And the view there is gorgeous, all mountains and the sea below! My mind is already occupied finding solutions for my new scrap-room!!! Ikea will be my ruin I fear - there is so much great stuff to buy ;) And I've been browsing through the twoPeas gallery > Scrap rooms > and found awesome scraprooms like this one! *I wish*

Er ikke dette stemplet søtt? Minner meg om når vi var små og kledde oss ut i mamma sine klær :) Dette er laget etter Kathy's Sketch på The Sugar Bowl utfordring #18. Og jeg fikk brukt opp litt restepapir også, har en full skuff av små biter, så det blir mye kort fremover der jeg ikke er sikker på produsenten :)

I love this cute stamp - reminds me of when we were kids and dressed up in moms clothes :) This is made after the Kathy's sketch in The Sugar Bowl challenge #18.

Endelig har jeg internett oppe og går igjen, det var noen kjedelige uker uten nett... Men jeg fikk iallefall ryddet leiligheten min i mellomtiden! Noe jeg vanligvis ikke har tid til med kortlaging og nettsurfing... *lol*

I've finally gotten my internet connection online again - many thanks to my little brother Kevin - or not so little.. turning 24 later this month! It was boring not to have internet, but I kept busy - cleaning my apartment, sorting out stuff that's been ready for the trash sice last decade ;) *lol*

I think the last card fits for the challenge at ABC challenges! Lots of underneath going on, layers upon layers: We want you to interpret underneath however you choose, it can be images/objects underneath things, or images hidden underneath tags etc. Let your imagination go wild.

Stamps/Image: The hedgehogs are from Penny Black clearstamp sets - Christmas Critters, & Critter Party. The boy 'Jubelgutt' is from Toves Design Stempler. The 'birdie' is from Scrapmagasinet - Valentine Clearstamps. Christmas text stamps is from 'Julehilsner' by Ksenia Sazonova. Except the 'God Jul' text, a Panduro Hobby stamp.
Paper: The brown papertag is from 3ndypapir 'Vinter merkelapper'. Misc Bazzill cardstock and scrap paper. Basic Grey - Blitzen 'Jack Frost', BG - Perhaps 'Elsa', BG - Skate Shoppe 'grind'. And 'Christmas snowflakes glitter paper' from K&C.
