Temaet for denne ukas Simon Says utfordring er å tenke på en sang og lage et kort etter det... Vel, jeg hadde denne på hjernen her om dagen; 'Eg heiter Håvard Hedde og er så ven ein kar - no vil eg bort og gifta meg - og ryddja meg ein gard....' Men jeg tror ikke den fins på engelsk? :)
This time Simon Says challenge 'Sing it Baby!' - is to find a song and make a card with that in mind! Well.. The song I had stuck on my mind is a sweet old norwegian folksong about a boy who's name is Håvard Hedde, and he wishes to build a farm below a mountainside, and to marry a girl, have kids... and so on. The girl ends up marrying another in the end - very sad.. ;) I don't think there is an english or american version though? Maybe 'Old MacDonalds' can be a cheerier substitute?! *lol*Stamps/Image: Papilio Stamps - Ole's lille lam (Ole's little lamb).

Embellishments: Spellbinder Borderabilities Petite - Lattice. Spellbinder Nestabilities - Deckled Edge Classic Ovals Large. Using a ruler I cut & made 'fake' tiles. Scotch 3M gluestick with a sponge in one end, is great for paper!

Et par veldig enkle kort denne gang - vel,vel enkel og enkel.. for A spoon full of sugar utfordringen #50 ~ Touchy feely Texture, brukte jeg utrolig lang tid på å 'sy' gjennom bazzill hullene. Veldig greit med ferdige hull da! :) Til Creative Card Crew's # 9 - 'Everyone Emboss' brukte jeg lengre tid på å finne varmepistolen enn på selve kortet!!! *lol*

Toad-ally kissable card: Creative Card Crew's Challenge 9 - Everyone Emboss, was a challenge for me - since I had to look long and hard for my heatgun!!! It had gotten lost in the wilderness of scrappy things ;)Stamps/Image: Papilio - Ole's lille lam (Oles little lamb) and I've used 2 stamps from Stempelhobby/Kin Flicks (no longer in business) plate 'Venn 1' by Ksenia - and it reads: 'To a good friend'. Whipper Snapper - Frog in love. The text is from High Hopes - toad-ally kissable. And the ribbon stamp is from Lazar StudioWERX Inc (no longer in business) - Vintage Stitchery.
Papers: Bazzill In Stitch'z Scallops (think it's stonewash), The red dotted one is from Panduro. The green papers on both cards was a pieces of scrap paper. Embellishments: I've used my CB with the spellbinder nestabilities dies Petite Scalloped Circle Large, & Nestabilities Labels One. EK success Cutterbee - stichery wheel (?) Transparent embossing powder on top of red ink - and the shaker-bubble is from Pebbles Inc: I kan' déé -Flowers.
Jeg har laget et kort til Sukkersött's utfordring #2. Vennskap. Veldig fin oppgave! :) Brukte et stempel fra Papilio "Ole og Anna" (Designet av Boop - blogg), disse kan bare bli kjøpt hos Hobby Norge Steffens. Ark er Basic Grey og Bazzill. Det brune er et ark jeg har laget bakgrunn med H20 glimmermist og Walnut Ink, deretter har jeg brukt en Cuttlebug embossingfolder. Det blir utrolig fine effekter av det! Tekstemplet er ett trykk jeg har fått - ikke helt sikker på hvorfra :)
This is a card made for the norwegian challengeblog Sukkersött Challenge #2. 'Friendship'. The paper is Basic Grey and Bazzill. The brown paper is made with H20 mist and Walnut ink, then embossed with the CuttleBug. And the stamp "Ole og Anna" is from Papilio. It can be bought at Hobby Norge Steffens. Lovely children! The designer of the stamp, Boop has a blog here with the most beautiful cards :)
