Fairy Sweet Friend 🧚

 

Da jeg var på scrappetreffet arrangert av Bikuben (se forrige bloggpost) lagde jeg også denne tag'en som jeg ga bort i går 💗 Er veldig glad i å lage slike tags fordi de er perfekt til å bruke både som gavelapper, bokmerke eller som pynt! Jeg har masse tags til bokmerker for jeg leser opptil 4-5 bøker samtidig alt etter hva humør jeg er i 😊 Jenta som fikk denne ligner faktisk litt på alven 💗 like nydelig med langt lyst hår!

When I was at at the Bikuben scrap event (see previous blogpost) I also made this tag wich was given to the new owner last night 💗 I'm very fond of creating tags because they're perfect to use as gift tags or as bookmarks, or just a pretty decoration! I got plenty tags I use in the books I read, wich is typically up to 4-5 at a time. I pick up the book I am in the mood for, or want to get in the same mood as 😊 The girl who got this tag actually looks a bit like this fairy 💗 same long blonde hair and just as pretty!.

Essentials/Adhesives: High-Tack adhesive tape Sookwang Scor-Pal tape &/or Red tape.
Techniques/Mediums: I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads 'Salvaged patina' and 'Vintage photo' to distress image and papers.

Fantasy, Tattoos & Baby Dragons!

Det er vel ingen hemmelighet at jeg er kjempefan av alt som har med alver, drager og alt som har med fantasy å gjøre.. Omtrent annenhvert stempel jeg har er fantasy relatert! 
Alle tattisene mine også :) Drager, pixie og islandsk rune fra Margit Sandemo sin 'Heksemesteren' serie. Det blir stort sett fantasy eller sci-fi når jeg leser bøker eller ser tv-serier og filmer ~ Game of Thrones, Doctor Who, Grimm, Once Upon a Time, LOTR, Supernatural etc. 

Akkurat nå leser jeg InkSpell fra InkHeart trilogien av Cornelia Funke. Så filmen på nytt for en tid tilbake, og nå gikk jeg lei av å ikke vite 'hva som skjedde videre' etterpå filmen... det kommer visst ikke en oppfølger? Så jeg kjøpte bøkene InkHeart, InkSpell & InkDeath. Tror det man fargelegger blir litt farget av det man leser også! :)

It's no secret I'm a big fan of Fairies & Dragons.. or really any kind of magical fantasy creature! ♥ I luv reading and watching Fantasy & Sci-fi, like Grimm, Once Upon a Time, LOTR, Doctor Who, Game of Thrones & Supernatural etc. 

Currently I'm reading InkSpell from the InkHeart trilogy by Cornelia Funke, and I think my inking and digi choices has been colored by that :) Saw the movie again recently, and I was too curious to see how it all went ~ as it seems no sequel will follow? :( Brendan Fraser is one of my fave actors as well, like in the Mummy! ♥

Almost every other stamp of mine is a fantasy one ~ and I got a pixie tattoo, celtic seahorse dragon, chinese fire dragon (my zodiac sign), and on my wrist I even have an icelandic 'galder' (Heksemesteren by Margit Sandemo) ~ a white rune for good health among other things.. never did come true however!.. *lol* ;)

I think I prefer people to animals as I tend to put mostly people on my cards, as I see by a quick count... they look better on confirmation and wedding cards for sure, but I really do enjoy animals on cards too, and especially together with people ~ for the big cuddle factor! :)

Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and distress image and papers :)
