Espresso yourself!

 

Jeg begyndte ikke å drikke kaffe før jeg var godt over tredve, og enda foretrekker jeg pepsi max før kaffe ~ bortsett fra når jeg får en god kopp med noe 'ekstra' oppi.. som caffe latte! karamell & fløte, eller en iskaffe latte *nam* 💗

A coffe themed card all in monochrome browns, cream and a touch of gold! My favourite colors 😍 I was actually never a coffee lover until in my mid thirties,  (I've always preferred my Pepsi Max) when I tasted a caffe latte for the first time! Only when I get a cup of coffee with something extra added, like cream n caramel though, don't like the bitter plain coffee taste... My favourite is iced caffe latte! 💗

Stamps/Images: Jan's Digi Stamps '699J Espresso Yourself'. PapirDesign Clearstampset 'PD16188 Kaffe'. Viva Las Vegas Stamps 'VLVS Double Coffee Rings' rubberstamp.
Papers: I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed) for my motifs. Bazzill cardstocks. Plain white cardstock.
Embellishments: DoCrafts PaperMania 'Shimmer dome gold stickers'. Panduro Hobby Orange gold Glitter Washi tape.
Tools: I always use my Scor-Pal to score & fold my cards. My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. EK Success® Whale Of A Punch 'Large Circle 1.75'.

Stencils/Embossingfolders: ...
Dies: Spellbinders™ Nestabilities 'Labels 8 - S5019' & Frameabilities 'Polka Dot Frame - S5016'. Bright Rosa by Paula Pascual 'DIOB0785 Geometric Edge Builder'.
Essentials/Adhesives: Bonefolder. High-Tack adhesive tape  Sookwang Scor-Pal tape.

Techniques/Mediums: I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads 'Antique Linen', 'Ground Espresso' and 'Gathered Twigs' to watercolor and distress image and papers. Added some shiny gold details with Tonic Studios Nuvo Aqua Shimmer brush 'Midas Gold'.

I have really had fun creating this challenging DT card for this fortnights challenge #192. at Creative Fingers. It's a very different card, beeing slimline and with an interactive pull-tab mechanism using a Lawn Fawn die!

Essentials/Adhesives: Bonefolder. Gluedots. High-Tack adhesive tape  Sookwang Scor-Pal tape & Stix2 Red tape. 3D foam/mosegummi. Rangers Glossy accents.

Techniques/Mediums: I used misc. Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads, Oxide ink pads, DI markers & DI Spray Stains to watercolor and distress image and papers. To heat emboss I used an oxide inkpad, a heat gun tool & clear embossingpowder from Ranger Ink.
