Carpe Diem ♥ Panda

 

Mitt DT bidrag hos Creative Fingers har en kjempesøt panda dies som motiv for for utfordring #145. Vanligvis dekorerer jeg kortene mine med et akvarellmalt stempelmotiv, men det fins så utrolig mange flotte dies man kan bruke, og jeg har samlet opp ganske så mange av dem gjennom årene ;)

Usually I decorate my cards with a watercolored stamp motif, but there are so many gorgeous dies one can use as well. And I've collected SO many up through the years! .. yes I am a hoarder of crafty things .. ;) Here I've used one of my favourite background dies together with this supercute panda die as a motif on my DT-card.

Tools: I always use my Scor-Pal to score n fold my cards. My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams.
Dies: Spellbinders™ Shapeabilities 'Tudor Rose Card Front' & Nestabilities 'Deckled Edge Classic Ovals Large'. QuicKutz (new branded as LifeStyle crafts/WRMK) 'QK C-0127-S-REV Panda exclusive'.
Essentials/Adhesives: Double sided tape. High-Tack Double Sided Red Tape (Red Liner/Stix2/Miracle tape). Rangers Glossy accents.
Techniques/Mediums:  I used misc. Tim Holtz Distress Ink markers and ink pads to color and distress image and papers, as well as some aquarelle pencils/crayons. To heat emboss I used a Versamark inkpad, a heat gun tool & white Top Boss embossingpowder.

Feelin' Green!

Dustin Pike is having a 3yrs blogoversary, and I got the awesome $20 deal of 3000+ digis from DoodleDragon Studios. The main 3D motif on my card was a freebie though, and this cute dragon makes a quickie get well card :)

Toffifee Candy box :)

Har dekorert ei Toffifee eske, og brukt mine gamle glitterlim tuber for utfordring #5. hos Shopping Our Stash. Veeeeldig vanskelig å la være å spise dem opp ;) Og hos Divas By Design er det om å gjøre å ikke lage kort denne gang.. Hehe, har vel såvidt holdt meg innenfor oppgaven her!


The Divas By Design wants us to create anything but a card! ;) I've been altering this Toffifee candy box & been very careful not to get tempted to eat them up before they're given away... *lol* And It's time to dust off an old 'tools of the trade' at Shopping Our Stash #5. So I have rummaged through my stash, to find my 'ancient' glitter glues from AMOS! And luckily so, they still worked after 5+ years of not been put to use! :)

♥ Fingers Crossed ♥

Jeg krysser fingrene for at sommeren fortsetter i samme stil! Varme dager og blå himmel ~ de fikk jammen flott vær for MS NordNorges Live maraton sending på NRK! Vi kommer sikkert til å ta oss en tur innover til Sortland når skuta tøfler forbi :)
Har laget kortet etter Marlene sin skisse på SugarBowl utfordring #62., og temaet denne gang er ~ Sommer! Jeg kombinerer med Anything Goes utfordringen #43. som er 'Her kommer Sommeren!' & med Crafty Calendars Juni utfordring: 'Ting med vinger' :)
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the great weather we're having will keep up, and that the Hurtigrute ship MS NordNorge's trip from Bergen to Kirkenes, wich I think will be the longest televised live show (watch it right now! 16th to the 22nd of June), will have a smooth beautiful voyage :) When they get to Vesterålen & Sortland we'll probably take the trip to wave it past ~ even though it's here at night *lol*

Sugarnellie stemplene er en av mine ♥ favoritter - har lagt igjen mange kroner hos FunkyKits ja! De gamle gorjuss-stemplene er på tilbud akkurat nå, i tilfelle noen fikk lyst på - jeg har allerede stort sett alle som er gitt ut! Jepp - hekta! *lol*
The Sugar Bowl #58. har denne gangen en skisse fra Marlene, med knappe-tema. Finner ikke knappe-eska mi etter flyttinga, så det ble knappe-brads isteden ;)


I luv my Sugarnellies, and the gorjuss girls are a favourite! I see the old ones are on sale on FunkyKits if anyone fancy them - I already have most - oh yes, I'm hooked on Sugar! Theese are very low-carb though ♥

Denne ukens utfordring fra en 'ny' blogg jeg fant, Quirky Crafts #27. Brev/Post tema. Har lagd et veldig enkelt kort, trenger ikke så mye pynt med så lekre papir! :)
I just 'found' this blog Quirky Crafts, and the latest Challenge there is #27. Postal Themed. So I'm having a go! :)

Fairy Magic cards :)

Fra Faerie Song Art eller hos SCACD - magiske stempler! Jeg elsker alt av fantasi, alver, feer, drager og pixies... Har tilogmed en pixie-tatovering, et islandsk/norrønt symbol, og to drager på kroppen! :) Så jeg blir alltid kjempeglad når jeg finner nye fantasifulle stempler på nett - at det går litt hardt utover pengeboka får så være *lol*
I love all that's magical - Fairies, pixies, dragons & Fantasy! It shows in my stampcollection, 'cause my Visa pops up instantly when I see something whimsical & magic in new stamps :)
And theese cuties is created by Valarie Wade and come from Fairy Song Art Stamps, and u can get them there or with Susanas Custom art and card design.
Even my body tattoos show my love for fantasy - a pixie sitting on a mushroom.. a seadragon on my arm and a tiny dragon on my ancle, and a islandic/norse runic symbol on my wrist.
