Alien invasion?

Hvis du kjenner meg eller følger bloggen min så vet du at jeg elsker sci-fi ♥ Dette er absolutt ikke mitt første alien kort, og definitivt ikke det siste, de er så moro å lage! :) Hadde masse galakse-akvarellbiter liggende fra et tidligere kort ~ Greetings Earthling ~ og selve hovedfiguren var ferdig-fargelagt fra Wink Wink Ink, så dette gikk kjapt å lage. Har tilogmed enda flere galakse fargede biter igjen så det blir nok snart enda et alien kort!

If you know me and read my blog, u know that I LOVE sci-fi ♥ And this is not my first alien card, they are sooo fun to make! And it is very fun to make galaxies, actually this background is just a scrap watercolor leftover from a previous alien card ~ Greetings Earthling ~ and was super quick to do as the alien figure from Wink Wink Ink was pre-colored. I still got some fun circles left for another futuristic card too :)

Papers: Bazzill cardstocks. Plain white cardstock. Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed).

Embellishments/Tools: Nellie Snellen Dies 'Round Scalloped MFD079' & 'Straight Dotted Round MFD085'. Crafts Too Presscut 'Circle Nesting Dies PCD46'. Cardlover.ch washi tape 'summer marbles'. Nille Memories scrapbooking dekor misc. epoxy stickers.
Techniques: I always use my Scor-Pal to score n fold my cards. My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use as well ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. I used misc. Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and distress images and papers. White acrylic paint watered down a bit to do the splatter stars effect.

I dag er det Fredag den 13'de, så kortet jeg har sittet med i natt for å få ferdig, passer vel fint ~ håper det ikke bringer ulykke! *lol*

Monster Truck goes Vroom!

Et kort til en liten eller stor gutt! Det er Uutrolig mye plunder med småe QK deler.. Hadde ikke tenkt å bruke fullt så mye tid på kortet som jeg gjorde. Råstilig bil ~ for tålmodige mennesker! ;) Har funnet en flott ramme digi hos Dustin Pike som passer bra på denne typen kort, vanligvis går jeg for 15x15 cm. kort, men A6 str. funker også veldig greit ~ spesielt når jeg har et lager med kjedelige Hippopotamus kort..

A card for a little guy or a big one who digs cars and anything that goes Vrooom! This is an awesome QK die, but boy it's a really tricky construction getting all those parts together, patience is key here.. ;)

Lagde dette kortet etter en Skisse-utfordring hos A spoon full of sugar: #76. Og den herlige marsboer'n er et 'digitalt stempel' - noe jeg ikke har prøvd så mye før, kjempemoro! Man kan skrive ut akkurat i den størrelsen man vil :)
I made this card after the sketch by Sonja at the A spoon full of sugar challenge #76. And this is one of my first tries at digi stamps - it's so easy & superfun! :)
