Papirplanetens Mai utfordring #6. er å bruke disse tre fargene, og jeg syntest det passet godt til et konfirmant kort til en gutt :) Hovedmotivet er fra the Greeting Farms 'Sweet & Toxic' ♥  Vi håper du blir inspirert til å delta!

My confirmation card today is DT inspiration for PapirPlaneten, a norwegian challengeblog and craft shoppe. The colours of the norwegian flag is the theme for the month of May ~ Red, White & Blue ♥

Techniques: I always use my Scor-Pal to score n fold my cards. I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed). My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use! ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. I used misc. Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and distress image and papers. I used my I kan'dee Chalk Set 'Earth Tones' as well. For my doodling I used a couple of  micron finetip felt pens. Sakura white gellyroll pen.

Monster Truck goes Vroom!

Et kort til en liten eller stor gutt! Det er Uutrolig mye plunder med småe QK deler.. Hadde ikke tenkt å bruke fullt så mye tid på kortet som jeg gjorde. Råstilig bil ~ for tålmodige mennesker! ;) Har funnet en flott ramme digi hos Dustin Pike som passer bra på denne typen kort, vanligvis går jeg for 15x15 cm. kort, men A6 str. funker også veldig greit ~ spesielt når jeg har et lager med kjedelige Hippopotamus kort..

A card for a little guy or a big one who digs cars and anything that goes Vrooom! This is an awesome QK die, but boy it's a really tricky construction getting all those parts together, patience is key here.. ;)

Denne helga har jeg hatt bod på en liten håndverksmesse her i Blokken! Riktig moro - og fikk solgt mange kort, men egenreklame er det vel mest verdi i! Fått flere bestillinger på kort, så jeg har mye å gjøre fremover :)

Lagde disse tre enkle kortene med et digitalt decoupage ark fra Cuddly Buddly, enkle og søte med en Sad Sam lookalike! Du husker vel dem? Opplevde du 80'tallet er sjangsen stor for at du hadde sad sam leker eller klistremerker (fra tyggegumien!) på skoledagboka... ♥

Luv this cute little puppy! Doesn't he look like the Sad Sam character of the 80's? I attended a handcraft fair in Blokken this weekend & got some of my cards sold, and a few orders! Loads of fun :)

Tenkte jeg skulle prøve noe nytt! Disse dørskiltene er veldig enkle å lage. Først lagde jeg en mal av papp, 8x20 cm. Jeg bruker en passer til hullene, og skjærer ut med skalpell. Tekstene har jeg skrevet ut fra Word. Det fins SÅ mange flotte fonter rundt om på nett, jeg godt over 1000 fonter på pc'n, det er bare å velge å vrake :) Dafont er et godt sted å begynne å samle fonter, eneste problemet er at man lett kan bli avhengig ;)

I'm trying out something new, for me that is - I've seen lots of sweet doorsigns others made, so now I'm having a go! The texts reads: 'Welcome' on the front, and 'Stop! Don't disturb' on the backs. I'm quite addicted to fonts - and Dafont is a good place to find them! I got more than a 1000 on my computer - something for any theme :)
