Fikk et kjempeflott stempelsett kalt 'Feathered Friends' med i scrappebladet Creative Stamping. Masse fugler og fjær som passet helt perfekt til dette kortet! De blir nok brukt ofte heretter ♥ Sjekk de søte uglene!

'You are Unique'

The motif on my card today is called 'Princess Feathers Portrait' from Sassy Studio Designs. She was an absolute dream to color! Gorgeous image, thinking of the Pocahontas movie by Disney while painting.. I think I'll watch it again this weekend, been years since last time :) 
I got an awesome clearstamp-set named 'Feathered Friends' in the cardmaking magazine Creative Stamping. So many cute birds n feathers! I'm sure I'll be using it very often in my crafting ♥
Something I haven't used from my stash for ages is Prima flowers, and I have sooooo many of them! Which is a good thing as I actually messed up my card with black smudges here and there.. and had to hide them somehow! ;)

Techniques: I always use my Scor-Pal to score n fold my cards. I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed). My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use! ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. I used misc. Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and distress image and papers. Ranger Glossy Accents. 

♥ Alice in Wonderland ♥

Alice i Eventyrland er også en av mine favoritt bøker fra barndommen. Elsker historien om hattemakeren, hjerterdamen og alle de andre morsomme (og noen var jo veldig skumle..) usannsynlige figurene fra Lewis Carroll's utrolige fantasi! Motivet på kortet mitt er et digistempel fra Rick St. Dennis ♥

The Alice motif on my card is a digistamp from the awesome artist Rick St. Dennis ♥ Alice in Wonderland is another childrens book I absolutely adore and treasure ~ both the books and all the movies, animated version included ofcourse! Probably got 10+ misc. dvd's and blu-rays all about Alice :) 
The one with Johnny Depp is my favourite 'real' movie version ♥

Ukens utfordring hos Creative Fingers #48. er sponset av Beccy's Place. Mitt DT-bidrag er et bryllupskort med den vakre setningen "Amor Vincit Omnia" som betyr "Kjærligheten overvinner alt" ♥ Som alltid er det 'Lag-hva-du-vil' med et valgfritt tema som denne gangen er å bruke 'Blomster'. Blir nok til å bruke denne digi-blomsten flere ganger ~ nydelig!

I love this sentence "Amor Vincit Omnia" which means "Love Conquers All" ♥

My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use! ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams.  

To watercolor the flower image, I used my Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors; Ruby Red, Poppy Red & Sweet Alfalfa, plus my Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads; Peeled Paint, Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed, Festive Berries, Fired Brick & Aged Mahogany. DI Tea Dye to distress edges of card and papers.
