This Anya is one of my favourites - just luv her cute raincoat & umbrella! I'm entering the card in three challenges - Creative Card Crew & Anything Goes week 15., wich have an Autumn or Fall theme, and Anyone for Anya? where there is a color challenge - Green, Blue & Brown!

Embellishments: Cuttlebug A2 Embossing Tiny Bubbles. Spellbinder Frameabilities - Scalloped Edge Frame die. Bling.. The sentiment is raised with 3D foam. Kaizercraft rhinestones 'Large flowers Mint'.

Nok en ny utfordringsblogg!!! Har snart ikke plass i lista mi... *lol* Southern Girls er for Australia og New Zealand - men også åpen for resten av verden :) Første utfordring er med helt åpent tema. Så her er enda et Jack skellington kort!

And then there was another challengeblog on my list! They keep popping up - and I love to check them all out - so I'll soon run out of space in my sidebar *lol* Southern Girls is for the aussies and New Zealand - but open worldwide too! And the first challenge is an open theme, so I have another Jack Skellington card today! :)

Embellishments: I've stamped his head, shirt, and the moon onto white paper then cut & glued them onto the stamped motifs on the allegro-background.

What's this?

En av mine absolutte favorittfilmer er Nightmare before Christmas fra Tim Burton. Jeg har tilogmed en kjempestilig byste av Jack, og det fulgte med en nisselue jeg bruker putte på hodet hans innimellom, og når det er jul! ♥ Kjempeherlig film :)
Var så heldig og fant The Nightmare Before Christmas stempler hos Stamp it Crazy - og måtte selvfølgelig ha dem!!! Har ønsket meg sånne i flere år men aldri sett noen før nå :) Kortet mitt passer til utfordring #6. hos Lollipop Crafts - som er 'monstre og sånt'.

The most übercool movie ever! I luv the Nightmare before Christmas - and I probably got almost all of Tim Burtons dvd's - as well as my favourite decorative object in my livingroom - Jack Skellington himself! It even come with a little sandyclaws hat wich I put on him every now and then - and especially for xmas ;)

I've searched for rubbers with motifs from the movie for ages - but now I finally found them! Stamp it Crazy is the place to shop for Jack :) My card is entered in Lollipop Crafts challenge #6. Monsters & Such - but personally I think Jack is not much of a monster, he's just the most adorable skeleton I know & certainly unique! ♥

Neon Manga Girl!

Anonyme Scrappere er enda en ny utfordringsblogg! #5. er et inspirasjons bilde. Og jeg fant straks frem Twinkeling H2O fargene mine og plukket ut noen herlige neon farger med shimmer i :)
After getting inspiration from the photo below, I chose twinkeling H2O neon colors, stripes & circles to make my card for challenge #5. on Anonyme Scrappere - norwegian blog (=Anonymous Scrappers!).

Den nye utfordringsbloggen Oldie but a goodie, går ut på å bruke dine gamle stempler! Kjempeflott for meg som har dusinvis stempler som bare støver ned og alltfor sjelden blir brukt! *lol* De skal være minst 6 mnd. gamle, og disse stemplene var noen av de første jeg kjøpte da jeg begyndte denne hobbyen - rundtom 2005 tror jeg :)

Birthday card 4 Stein :)

Gratulerer med dagen Stein! Lagde dette til min mellomste bror (har tre), som hadde bursdag i dag. Jeg brukte fargene i August utfordringen hos Ett Trykk bloggen: Beige, Lys blå-grå, Mørk blå-grå, Brun.
It was my younger brother Stein's birthday today - the middle one. And I hope he liked his card :) The norwegian stamping-magazine Ett Trykk has a challenge for August on their blog, wich is to be inspired by the colorpallette: beige, brown and two blue-grey shades.

Unicorn Stenciled card!

På Totally Stampalicious denne gang er det kun ett 'lag' papir - altså bilde/stemplet direkte på kortet! Absolutt ikke så enkel oppgave som det høres ut! Og ikke lov til max ett par små pynteting... Jikes! Jeg har aldri fått bruk for disse stencilene av enhjørninger før nå! Crafty Catz utfordring #45. er ganske enkelt 'Dyr', og fra da av var kortet unnagjort på noen få minutter - ikke inkludert tørketiden da.. ;)

Tough challenge this time at Totally Stampalicious - but I was determined to try! Quote: The card itself must be one layer and you may use one or two small embellishments such as ribbon, a flower or a brad! And I chose a Unicorn stencil since Crafty Catz' had one of my favourites themes to do #45. Animals!

Embellishments: Norsk Stempelblad / Ett Trykk sorte Rubons 'Venner'. Crystal stickers from a bookstore, or maybe Nille. To stencil the unicorn I used Tim Holtz' Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool & Foam, and the Distress ink-pads - 'Vintage Photo' & 'Aged Mahogany' + a drop from the retired Ranger Vintage Scented Ink-refill bottle 'Pumpkin Pie'. *Mmm* Smells Yummy - and the color was perfect!

Summertime Blues ☼

Forrige uke var det å lage kort etter en sang... Denne uka er temaet hos Simon Says sommertid & blues.. Blåfargen altså ;) Og sommertid her nordaførr betyr stort sett REGN regn og atter regn... Neida, vi har hatt fine dager også - som idag! Sola er fremme og tiner oss opp fra kulda som har vart siste uka :)
This week it's Summertime Blues at Simon Says! Wich is fitting, since we're having a very grey and rainy summer... And you have to use the color BLUE on your creation :)

Mosaic L♥ve

StampARTic's Artsy challenge i sommer er å lage et 'Mosaik kort med papir, som du selv har fremstillet enten med sværte, stempler, maling eller noget helt andet'. Fikk nettopp et stilig bakgrunnstempel fra CHF som passet perfekt! Og så fikk jeg endelig brukt et av de flotte Hero Arts Stemplene jeg fikk i bloggcandy hos Sir Stampalot's utfordringsblogg :)
The Artsy summerchallenge at StampARTic is 'to make a Mosaic card with paper you have made your self. Either with ink, stamps, paint or something else'. I had lots of fun with this! And I got to use the gorgeous ♥ backgroundstamp from CHF, and also one of the cool Hero Arts stamps I received in the secret goodiebag candy on Sir Stampalot's challenge blog :)

Stamps/Image: Cornish Heritage Farm - Scrapblock 6x6 'Love'. Hero Arts 'Love U. E4394' from the set Letter Messages. Basic Grey - Euphiora clear stamp set.
Paper: Bazzill Cardstock. Notabene 'handmade' cotton paper.
Embellishments: EK Success Round giga punch. QuicKutz Heart (swirl) RS-003. QK Hearts mini RS-0400. The mosaic squares are mounted on a piece of cardstock, then I used decoupage laquer on it, and the diecuts also - but it doesn't show very well in the scan :)

Sing it baby!!!

Temaet for denne ukas Simon Says utfordring er å tenke på en sang og lage et kort etter det... Vel, jeg hadde denne på hjernen her om dagen; 'Eg heiter Håvard Hedde og er så ven ein kar - no vil eg bort og gifta meg - og ryddja meg ein gard....' Men jeg tror ikke den fins på engelsk? :)
This time Simon Says challenge 'Sing it Baby!' - is to find a song and make a card with that in mind! Well.. The song I had stuck on my mind is a sweet old norwegian folksong about a boy who's name is Håvard Hedde, and he wishes to build a farm below a mountainside, and to marry a girl, have kids... and so on. The girl ends up marrying another in the end - very sad.. ;) I don't think there is an english or american version though? Maybe 'Old MacDonalds' can be a cheerier substitute?! *lol*

Warm & Fuzzy in August!

Jeg har tre kort med samme stemplet - de nydelige Penny Black pusekattene! ♥ I've got three cards to show you today, featuring the same stamp of cuddly Penny Black kittykats! It's an old stamp wich I really needed to dust off - it's so sweet & versatile :)
Det første kortet passer til utfordringsbloggen By the cute and Girly, som i August har 'Dyr' som tema. My first card goes for 'Animal Antics' wich is the theme set for the August at By the cute and Girly. Cats has always been my favourite animal - and my own is all grey & regal! If he was able... I bet he would find a sweetlookin' penny black kittycat to be with *lol* Photo of my Tamlin is at the bottom of this blog - please take a look at how gorgeous he is :)
Allsorts Penny Black utfordringsblogg vil ha 'glitter og bling' i august! My second card is all 'Glitter and Glitz', for Penny Black at Allsorts Challenge this month. I'm not so much in favour of glitter - especially the stuff that rubs off on your hands.. like this one did! *lol*
Sir Stampalots August utfordring var også å bruke Bling! And the third cat-card 'Brings on the Bling' for the august challenge at Sir Stampalot... and just a little bit of bling is good enough for me! :)

Rainy Summer Days...

Vi har hatt en veldig regnfull sommer - og når jeg får et slikt tema på en utfordringsblogg, Bunny-Zoe's #2. 'Sommer Dager' - så følte jeg for å hente frem ett trykk av en hänglar-gutt i regntøy! Min mor har faktisk malt denne for meg, og vi synes han ligner sååå mye på yngste broren min Kevin, da han var liten! :)
For the second challenge at Bunny-Zoe Crafts, it's "Summer Days". Well - summer here where I live has been rain almost every other day.. Not much beaches and sand I tell you! *lol* But it's been warm enough - so my little hänglar-guy is very happy to play in the puddles with the toadies! ;)
