Godt Nytt år! 🥳
Happy New Year! 🥳
I always seem to start a new year with a lot of good intentions, like beeing more productive, to use more of the stuff i bought and never even opened.... But I always end up using my latest purchase on creations... THIS year will be the year I am going to use SO much of all my dusty neglected and disorganized (another thing i really need to do ~ organize my stuff) art supplies!!! 😏
A lot of creators use just one kind of brand on a project, dies, stamps, mediums and papers co-ordinating ~ and thats cool too, but I
love mixing it up and use different brands together, like here I have Hero
Arts, Penny Black and my own digis on the card with many different kinds of mediums! You get a lot more use
of your stuff and more variations than with only using same brand on a
project 😊 👍
My card is DT inspiration for Creative Fingers #249.,
and as always it is an 'Anything goes theme'. You are more than welcome
to join with your creations. I am sponsoring with three of my
digistamps as a prize this time! 💗
PS: Dont forget that we have a blogcandy going! If you haven't entered yet, go to this > blogpost here < for your chance to win some really awesome goodies!

Stamps/Images: Tindaloo Digi Doodle Stamps 'Love Doodle WordArt' & 'Doodle Heart' digistamps. Hero Arts Stamp & Cut 'Heart Tree DC278' clearstamp. Penny Black 'Bee Class mail .
Papers: I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed) for my motifs. Hero Arts 'Kraft' & 'Cherry/red' cardstock. Making Memories 'MM Love Struck Journal book' paper.
Embellishments: Heart stickers unknown from a bookstore.
Tools: I always use my Scor-Pal to score & fold my cards. My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. EK Success® Whale Of A Punch 'Large Circle 1.75'. Panduro Hobby scalpel and self healing mat.
Stencils/Embossingfolders: ...
Dies: Hero Arts Stamp & Cut 'Heart Tree DC278' heart die and HA 'Museum frame DF044' die. Nellie Snellen 'Magic Stamping Card Die Set' Heart die. Crafts Too Presscut 'Circle Nesting Dies PCD46'.
Essentials/Adhesives: Bonefolder.
Techniques/Mediums: I used Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors 'Apricot nectar' & 'Spiced pumpkin', and Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads 'Ground espresso', Oxide inks 'Rustic Wilderness' & 'Broken China', plus Distress spray stain 'Lumberjack plaid', to watercolor and distress image and papers. I splattered with Alf Bjerke 'Gull 43' gold watercolor. To heat emboss I used a Versamark inkpad, a heat gun tool & Hero Arts clear embossingpowder.
First i made a big mistake though... I used an embossingink dabber on my LOVE watercolored image = soaked right through the paper!!! way to wet on the dabber (next time i will instead dab ink off and rub with a finger on top of the diecut or just use the inkpad straight away lol). And when all embossed and dry it was still so sticky/oily on the back that the adhesive tape just fell off. I saved it with trying to water it and dab it off, then adding Ranger Collage glue medium on the back, then the 3D foam after the glue dried, and that luckily worked out and it is stuck on good to the card now. Phew! 😅
What a beautiful card. Thanks for sharing with us at PIP Challenges.
