Special Moments with you... 🌹

 

Godt Nyttår!!! 😊 Mitt første kort i 2022 har stort sett gamle ting, ettersom jeg har lovt meg selv at jeg skal bruke mer av mine neglisjerte stempler og stæsj.

Gultonen på bildene mine er borte! Yay! Det var en spotlight i enden av rommet som var synderen! Har tidligere brukt såå mye tid på å redigere bort den gule tonen og få tilbake riktige farger på bildene, skjønte ikke hvorfor jeg var så plaget ~ kjøpte et fint lite foto telt, og kameraet på mobilen skal være helt supert, men bildene nektet å se fine ut... Tusen takk Anne (på designteamet) for tipset om varme lyspærer. Du kan si 'det gikk opp et lys for meg' ... LOL 😅 Tenkte jeg skulle nevne det her, i tilfelle noen andre trenger det rådet. 👍

Happy New Years!!! 😊 For my first card of 2022 I have used pretty much only old stuff from my stash ~ as one of my newyears resolutions (and this year it's going to stick.. lol) is to use more of my sadly neglected old stamps and papers.

The yellow hue on my photos is gone! Yay! It was a spotlight at the other side of the room that was the culprit. Earlier I have used sooo much time editing every photo I take to adjust into correct colors - didn't realise why it was such a hassle, when I had a great camera on my phone and even bought a photo tent! .. Thank you so much Anne (fellow DT) for the tip about warm toned lightbulbs. ..You might say a 'lightbulb went off' in my head! LOL 😅 Just thought I'd mention it in case someone else might need that advice. 👍

Papers: I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed) for my motifs. Bazzill cardstock. Plain white cardstock. Designerpapers: Prima Marketing inc. 'Almanac' & 'Songbird' Collections A4 Paper stacks. Misc. paperscraps/stationary unknown.

Tools: I always use my Scor-Pal to score & fold my cards. My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. EK Success® Whale Of A Punch 'Large Circle 1.75'.
Stencils/Embossingfolders: .
Dies: Spellbinders™ Nestabilities 'Labels 8 - S5019'. Nellie Snellen 'Magic Stamping Card Die Set - Heart' die.

Essentials/Adhesives: Bonefolder. High-Tack adhesive tape  Sookwang Scor-Pal tape &/or Red tape. Rangers Glossy accents. Tonic Studios Nuvo Jewel drops 'Sea Breeze'.
Techniques/Mediums: I used misc. Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads to watercolor and distress image and papers, and also Distress Oxide ink spray 'Salvage Patina'.
