Shabby Chic Wedding card

Mitt kort er i shabby chic stilen, og som hoved motiv har jeg brukt et av mine absolutte favorittmotiver til bryllup ♥ Har lagd mange kort med dette stemplet fra Kort & Godt, spesielt etter jeg fikk MISTI'en, og det plutselig ble lett og få et fint, jevnt trykk. 3-4 stemplinger med grå pute, og en gang med versamark puta, klart embossingpulver og så varme-embossing ~ for å gi kortet et litt mere eksklusivt preg :)

This shabby chic themed weddingcard is my DT-inspiration for PapirPlaneten, an norwegian challengeblog and craft shoppe. Our theme for june is weddings, lace &/or ribbon. You are more than welcome to join with your creations, but the main prize is only shipped within Norway.

The main motif is a stamp from Kort & Godt, and it's one of my most used, especially for weddingcards. The heat-embossed silhouette looks so gorgeous in real life, hard to capture in the photo. I would not have been able to get such an impression without my MISTI ♥ took 3-4 stampings to get an even look, then once with the versamark, clear embossingpowder and heat tool. And it stamps perfectly each time :)

Stamps/Images: Kort & Godt 'M-151' & 'M-165'.
Papers: I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed) for my motifs. Bazzill cardstock. Plain white cardstock. Pion Design - Från mitt hjärta II 'förgët mig ej' (forget me not). Joanna Sheen Non-Shed Silver Glitter Card.
Embellishments/Tools: Spellbinders™ Nestabilities 'Decorative Labels 22', 'Labels One s4161', 'Majestic Labels 1' and Grand Dies 'Labels One'. Funfoam / 3D cushion. Misc. unknown lace and webbed ribbon. Red Liner Ultra High Adhesion Tape.
Techniques: I always use my Scor-Pal to score n fold my cards. To distress edges of the papers I used Prima chalk ink 'Old road' by Ingvild Bolme. Stamping with Ranger dye ink pad 'Cool graphite'. Versafine 'Onyx black', and Versamark. Rangers Clear Embossing powder. Heat tool. Perfect pearls mica from Ranger.
