Make a wish!


Rick St. Dennis lager de mest detaljerte maskuline motivene i stempelverden, mange steampunk inspirerte og noen litt 'mørke' og tøffe motiv ~ og selvfølgelig noen sukkersøte også ;) Denne lampeånden er faktisk mitt forslag på RSD Facebook gruppa, og jeg vant ham ifjor ♥

Last year I requested a male djinn with a flask/lamp on Rick St. Dennis facebook group ~ he already has a couple other more evil looking djinns/geniis in his shoppes, but I wanted a sexier version! ;) 
Since RSD is the sponsor this week over at Creative Fingers, I thought I'd jump in and showcase the genii today. You can find him in RSD's etsy shop.
The theme for our challenge #91. is as always 'Anything Goes', create whatever you wish, and you are most welcome to join in! :)

I have always been facinated by djinns ever since I read about Aladdin.. 1001 nights were also one of my fave storybooks as a teen! So I loved the genii love story in the spinoff from Once upon a time', the tv-series 'Once upon a time in wonderland' ♥ Too bad it got cut :(

Stamps/Images: Rick St. Dennis 'Genii'. Lazar StudioWERX Inc rubberstamp 'Funky Holidays' (swirl). Kort & Godt 'M-225'.
Papers: Bazzill cardstock. Plain white cardstock. Pion Design paper - Flower frames 'Anemone' 6x6. Panduro Hobby Silver Cardstock. Scrap Orchard Collab 'Woodland' (owl digital print out).
Embellishments/Tools: Sue Wilson die - Striplet Coll. 'Regal CED1608'. Prima marketing inc. bling 'Say it in crystals - Garden fable'. EK Success® Whale Of A Punch 'Large Circle 1.75'.
Techniques: I always use my Scor-Pal to score n fold my cards. I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed). My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use! ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. I used misc. Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and distress image and papers. And a scalpel and self healing mat to cut out the frame and motif.
