Techniques: I always use my Scor-Pal to score n fold my cards. I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed). My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use! ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. I used misc. Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and
distress image and papers. The inky background is created with a flick-n-swish technique I once saw Tim do, spattering drops of water with your fingers, and lifting the ink off with a papertowel. Glossy accents has been added on the pony's hearts, eye and her tail-ribbons.

Your card is fantastic Tindaloo, you've done an awesome job! I love the patterned papers you chose for the background and the two die cut layers you used for the image. You did an amazing job colouring the little pony and I love the addition of the glossy accents to her ribbon, eyes and the little hearts. Beautiful!

What an absolutely adorable little card! I really like how the pony is holding a bucket full of hearts. It's the perfect card to show that you care and it would also be a wonderful card for Valentines Day. I like the subtle colors you used on the pony itself and how you paired it with a bright border and a diagonal patterned background. You did a great job on this piece and I'm so glad you shared it with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
