Vanligvis når jeg maler et motiv til et kort bruker jeg det siste jeg kjøpte eller har fått, og det er alltid moro med nye stempler! Men nå har jeg bestemt meg for å faktisk begynne å lage mere med mine gamle stempler ~ allfor mange som bare ligger helt ubrukt eller ikke hatt blekk på seg på mange år! Lovt meg selv dette flere ganger, men nå har jeg stemplet opp flere trykk og begyndt å male dem, så ingen unnskyldning nå når boksen med ferdige motiver står klar på bordet ;) 

Noen av mine gamle, pent brukte stempler og noen nye som jeg finner at jeg har kjøpt dobbelt av kommer i fremtidige RAK/bloggcandy'er her i bloggen ~ faktisk tenkt til å legge ut en ny bloggcandy senere idag eller imorgen, så følg med!

Usually my go-to when making a card is to use a recent purchased stamp or won image... Wich is all good fun, but I have decided to actually start creating more with my old stamps, wich I got way too many of thats just laying around all unused and uninked for years! Promised myself this several times, but now I have stamped up many different motifs and started watercoloring them, so there will be no excuses now that a box of finished motifs sits on my table ;)

Some of my old (nicely used) stamps, some new I find I have duplicates of will end up in future blogcandies ~ I'll have a new Blogcandy today or tomorrow actually! So do check back later on.

Dies: Nellie Snellen Dies 'Straight Dotted Round MFD085'.
Essentials/Adhesives: Bonefolder. High-Tack Double Sided Red Tape (Stix2) and Sookwang Scor-Pal wide tape. Hero Arts lacquer glue pen.

Techniques/Mediums:  I used misc. Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and distress image, background and papers. I used a Core'dinations sand-it gadget to distress the embossed thanks paper, to get the white core revealed. And Prima ColorBloom 'Cotton Candy' spray mist on the envelope.

I've tried doing my card after Bugaboo's sketch, and it actually helped me with cutting down on my bad habits of doing 'way too much', and having a clear idea before creating. Has been many years since I last did a sketch, but think I did okay! 

Sorry about the bad photos, my good light bulb went out and had no replacement, so just imaging the colors are alot brighter...

Techniques/Mediums: I used misc. Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads to watercolor and distress image and papers, as well as distress Oxide blended purpleish background. I used Prima Marketing inc. ColorBloom spray mist 'Cotton Candy' wich is a pink gorgeous color ♥ I then ran the papers through the BigShot with an embossing folder, and... I RUINED a perfect background because I didn't wait for it to dry! I was able to save a piece of it though. So, DO NOT mist your papers a whole lot and then try to 'dry' emboss ~ unless your paper is very very sturdy that is ;)

Yay! 😊 It's even more crafty goodies to giveaway!
So... there was not a huge amount of entries on the previous blogcandy I had up, wich means that I still have lots of stuff to give away! And there will most likely be another one after this one.. lol. Yes my craftroom runneth over...


To repeat my own txt: This is a little different than other blogcandies in that I will be adding stuff to the blogcandy each time there are new entries, and update the photo as it progresses! I have a big box (and another box thats filling up) of stuff thats up for grabs, so it's going to be one awesome prize in the end for our lucky winner! (box not included)

Here you will perhaps find treasure in old discontinued stamps, that maybe is hard to find, papers, embellishments and other scrapbooking goodies that's definitely not been in stores for years! There are lots of nicely used stamps that I am hoping will find a new home, as well as some new stuff!

I am still finding plenty of duplicates in my stash while organizing, so still adding stuff to my giveaway box ~ as what is not won this time will pass on to the next blogcandy!

Papers: I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed) for my motifs. Designerpaper by Studio Light 15x15 paperpad 'Winter Trails PPWT98'.
Embellishments: White misc ribbons/fibers from Panduro Hobby. PlayBox silver dots Washitape. Gavebånd i sølv fra Notabene.
Tools: ProvoCraft Silent Setter tool. Eyelet unknown.

Stencils/Embossingfolders: Basic Grey & Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folder 'Snowflakes'.
Dies: Sizzix 'Tim Holtz Bigz - Tags And Bookplates'.
Essentials/Adhesives: Sookwang Scor-pal wide tape. Aleene's original tacky glue.

Techniques/Mediums: I used misc. Ranger ink ~ Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and distress image and papers. The tag background was made by smearing two oxide inkpads (faded jeans, broken china) on the recessed side of the embossingfolder and carefully placing the tag inside before running it through the BigShot ~ then I sprayed it alot with Mica spray. Cosmic shimmer mica powder plus water in a spraybottle. When dry (speeded up with heat tool), I sanded the snowflakes down a bit because some of the blue ink had seeped upon the raised snowflakes since I spritzed it so much. I use the sand-it gadget from Core´dinations. Then I added some Rangers Glossy accents to make his eye shiny!
