Under the Sea... 🐠🐟

Har lagd en trio av kort med sommer og sjø tema ~ ganske clean & simple for min type kreasjoner, men tenkte jeg skulle prøve å legge bort distress inksene for engangs skyld.. prøve ut litt andre stilarter. Vi får se hvor lenge det varer! 😉

I have made a trio of cards, with a summer & sea theme as my DT inspiration for this fortnights challenge #234. at Creative Fingers. Theese are very much clean & simple for my kind of creations, thought I would try not using distressing for a change and have a go at other kinds of card styles. We'll see how long that lasts... lol 😉

Papers: I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed) for my motifs. Plain white cardstock. Creotime Kraft A6 cardbase & C6 envelope. Paperscrap from a box of Lipton tea (inside).

Tools: My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. A make-up blenderbrush. EK Success® Whale Of A Punch 'Large Circle 1.75' and 'Inverted Corner' punch.
Stencils/Embossingfolders: Visible Image 'Tea Party' stencil.
Dies: Spellbinders™ Nestabilities 'Small Labels S4169'. Lawn Fawn 'Flippy Flappy #LF2686.' & 'Hearts & Stars Skinny tag #LF2572.' dies.
Essentials/Adhesives: Bonefolder. High-Tack adhesive tape Sookwang Scor-Pal tape &/or Red tape. Tonic Studios Nuvo 'Midas touch' Aqua shimmer brush. Sharpie bronze metallic marker.

Techniques/Mediums: I used misc. Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads to watercolor, and to distress image and papers I used 'Gathered twigs' & 'Ground espresso' Distress inks. The metallic copper/gold accents were different Viva Decor Inka gold waxes in a previous project I had leftovers on my work surface, so spritzed with water and painted onto scraps of paper.
