Immortal Love ♥

Twilight har blitt en av mine favoritt serier i film og bok form ♥ Stor fan av fantasy og sexy vampyrer! ;) Om du er glad i denne serien også, må du absolutt gå til facebook siden til The Twilight Saga. Der ligger syv fantastisk bra kort-filmer basert på den offisielle illustrerte guiden til Twilight fra forfatteren Stephanie Meyer.  Mange med kjente skuespillere i rollene. Flotte tolkninger av Cullen familien, selv om man savner litt de man er vant til fra filmene..
Jeg har forresten også tidligere lagd kort inspirert av Twilight her om du vil ta en titt!

 

I know Twilight is a typical either u love or u hate series ~ but I have always had nothing but love for it ♥ .. I'm not a big fan of the typical rom-com movies and novels, but throw in some fantasy and sexy vampires n such together with some steamy romance, and I'm totally hooked! ;)

Did you see new Short Stories based on Twilight the Official Illustrated Guide by Stephenie Meyer? It shows the backstories of the Cullen family, very tragic and romantic... They can all be watched on the video facebook page of The Twilight Saga! Then go vote.. I had a hard time picking a fave, but 'The Mary Alice Brandon File' & 'Consumed' touched me deeply.. so so sad ♥

Embellishments/Tools: Cottage Cutz 'Oval Doily & Frame'. Sizzix Bigz die 'Basic Shapes 658300'. Marianne Designs Creatables 'Oval Frame LR0293'. Martha Stewart 'Flourish Edge Punch'.
Techniques: I always use my Scor-Pal to score n fold my cards. I prefer Canson Montvale aquarelle paper (200 g/m coldpressed). My distress tools from Ranger Ink is always in use! ~ Tim Holtz® Mini Ink Round Blending Tool & the Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Foams. I used misc. Luminarte Twinkling H2o's Shimmering Watercolors, and Tim Holtz Distress Ink pads & markers to watercolor and distress image and papers. The heart is popped up with 3D fun foam, and the stenciling (unknown stencil) and inky spatters is done with Tim's gorgeous Distress spray stains 'Antiqued bronze' (I bought the whole lot of sprays! Distress inks is THE BEST product ever!) The text is heat embossed.

Simply B Tag & a Doodle Flower freebie!

Jeg har begyndt å tegne igjen! Var en ivrig liten kunstner da jeg var barn, spesielt alver og sopper som man kunne bo i, fantastiske verdener jeg drømte meg bort i... og da jeg lærte å skrive ble det mange rare historier :) 
Som tenåring drodlet jeg overalt i skolebøkene..ikke alltid en suksess hos lærerne.. LOL :) Siden dengang har det vært veldig sjeldent at jeg har tegnet, annet enn sammen med niesene mine  ♥
Etter at jeg begyndte med kortlaging som hobby for ca.10 år siden, har jeg foretrukket å fargelegge stempler fra mye flinkere kunstnere enn meg.
Betty 'QueenofHalloween' Roberts er en av mine favoritter, damen bak SimplyB Stamps, og hoved motivet på tag'en min!

Drodleblomsten min på baksiden av tag'en har jeg tegnet med micron penner, og scannet så inn på dataen ~ slik kan jeg skrive ut den om og om igjen, som et digi-stempel! Her har jeg skrevet ut og malt på akvarellpapir. Har planer om å kansje lage noen for salg, får se om det er interesse for det jeg lager først ;) Inntil det skjer kan du finne drodleblomsten som en 'limited' freebie litt lengre ned i bloggposten ♥

I have begun drawing again! :) As a child I used to draw aLOT, and fantasize about small people living in mushrooms.. whimsical flowers and fairies I was very fond of creating, even made up my own stories too.
As a teenager my diaries and schoolbooks were full of doodles, but as an adult I have very rarely made my own drawings, prefered to use the much more awesome artwork of others in digi and rubberstamps when I begun papercrafting. Like the art of Betty 'QueenofHalloween' Roberts, the creator of SimplyB Stamps and the main motif on my tag!

I have been very inspired by all the zentangle/doodle/zendoodles arts or whatever they're called, that is so popular and seems to be everywhere u look nowadays. I got bit by the drawing-bug too, and bought some really good staedtler & micron pens. The result was many shrooms, frames and flowers like the one I have on my tag, scanned and made into a stamp, and if you like it you are welcome to use it! (Limited time only) ♥ If there is interest for my doodle drawings I'll do more freebies from time to time and perhaps even make some for sale if I figure out the how-to's ;) Here are some examples of my doodles, what do you think?
